Michael Jackson thrills in multiple flavors – one portrait captures his essence with M&M’s, while another uses licorice and gumdrops. And our candy Beyonce looks good enough to – well, let’s just says she looks good enough to stare at and admire! The Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson and Elvis portraits will feel right at home in their new surroundings – new Ripley’s Candy Stores that have been added to several Ripley’s attractions around the country.
Beyonce and Marilyn Monroe will hang in the lobby of the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium in Orlando. The portraits were created by Mexico City artist Enrique Ramos who previously has done several pieces for Ripley’s. Picasso may have had his blue period, but Ramos is now experiencing his “sweet” period. These portraits are 100% candy, and include Gummy Bears, licorice, Fruit by the Foot, M&M’s, after-dinner mints and candy hearts. As Beyonce says, “Put a Ring (pop) on It.”
